How Cindy Rewards works, from sign-up to payment
Decided you are open to this? Here is every step of Cindy Rewards, from creating an account to getting paid.
Step 1. Create your account
Go to cindyrewards.com and sign up with Google or with an email address and a password. It takes 2 minutes.
We ask for enough to confirm you are a real person and to pay you. We do not, and will never, ask for a Social Security number or bank details. All payments are made with gift cards, so there is no need for bank details.
You need to be 18 or over and located in the United States.
Step 2. See what is being asked for
Once you are in, your Opportunities page lists the types of data we are buying or expect to buy soon.
Each one tells you what is wanted, what it pays and how long the opportunity will stay open. Read each one before you apply. They are not all the same, and the pay is not the same either. See what your data is worth.
Some opportunities will be full or only accept a waitlist. When that happens, we will email you as soon as a spot opens up.
Step 3. Answer a few screening questions
Some requests are for a specific group of people. A research buyer might want people who planned a trip using an AI tool in the past year, rather than just any consumer.
When that is the case, you answer a short screening survey first, usually 5 to 7 questions. If you are a good fit, you go straight to the upload step. If you are not, you keep your account and we will tell you when something else comes up.
This is not a test, and there is no advantage in guessing what we want to hear. A mismatched contribution is no use to the buyer and will be rejected.
Step 4. Send your data
Once you are approved for an opportunity, you will see instructions on how to share the relevant data. As a general benchmark, any upload for an opportunity should take under 5 minutes of your time. Read what sharing your data involves.
Step 5. Get paid
Once your submission is checked and accepted, we will reach out with instructions to redeem a gift card of your choice. Today we support all major gift card providers, including Visa and Mastercard gift cards.
Make sure your account details are correct. Wrong details are the most common reason a payment is late.
What signing up does not involve
You are not handing over any passwords. You are not agreeing to have your device or browsing watched. And you are not committing to anything ongoing.
